Camping in the Kootenays

In Mid-may my buddy and I met up in the Kootenays to open the 2019 camping season at a great riverside spot, nested in a valley between some snow-covered mountains.

It was a rainy and cloudy weekend, but with two dogs, great food, and better company, it's impossible to have a bad time!
